ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

We are seeking a Development Engineer to join the Development team in our mask blank factory. Our team focuses on pilot line launching for new products and technology. As a Development Engineer, you will participate in the development of deposition processes that focus on product transfer, yield, quality, and throughput improvements. Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Present product and solution in response to customer enquiries and problems
• Market research, analysis and competition to formulate product strategy

Main Responsibilities:

• Service existing customers and develop new clients to expand company market share for Industrial product portfolio in a designated region
• To promote and market all Industrial products on agreed quarterly and annual target volume.

• Establishing contact with consultants, contractors, EPCs and project owners
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements ; Negotiating tender and contract terms

Requirements:
