Minimum Job Requirements

A degree in Chemical Engineering Discipline with Minimum 10 years in Process Department of a consultancy organization. · Preparing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs).

As the Senior Embedded Systems Engineer of our research center, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions that enhance embodied learning.

As a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer at CELL, you will be a vital contributor to our research initiatives, specializing in the design, development, and optimization of embedded systems that support embodied learning technologies. Working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, you will lead the implementation of hardware and software solutions, ensuring they align with the center's research objectives and contribute to the overall success of our research initiatives. You will report to the Director of the center.

The major responsibilities include:

• Lead the prototyping and development of technologies that embody research insights, ensuring feasibility and scalability

Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting product transfer, instrument manufacturing, troubleshooting, failure analysis, quality improvement, process enhancement, cost reduction, engineering evaluation and system improvement.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support and drive activities to ensure successful product transfer into manufacturing.
• Drive troubleshooting, failure analysis, root cause analysis, issues closure and corrective action processes as required.
• Perform instrument setup, calibration and final system integration test.
• Establish and maintain databases of instrument failures and defects.
• Perform data trending analysis, construct and execute design of experiments to address yield and quality issues.

• Demonstrated use and understanding of MRP systems, Product Data Management systems and Change Control processes. SAP & PLM experience will be added advantage.
• Experience with FDA regulated medical device product development preferred.
• Product development experience in the life sciences, biotech, biomedical, nanotechnology or semiconductor industries preferred.
