• Prepare the ITP (inspection and test plan) documents, job hazard analysis (JHA) and risk assessment report for the assigned tasks in consultation with supervisor
• Liaise and coordinate with all respective Utilities Agencies
• Plan and monitor all utility diversion works
• Coordination with the site team and the various utilities agencies on the management of Utilities, diversions, temporary/permanent supports etc
• Monitor progress against the program milestones for on-time completion; Monitor production rate and provide feedback to supervisor on resource allocation
• Check workmanship and quality against specifications in drawings and ITP requirements; Perform other quality tests as required
• Provide inputs to supervisor to minimise wastage and optimise material/labour costs;

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in managing utilities diversion, planning and construction works
• Independent and able to work with multiple stakeholders

· To liaise and conduct inspection with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor.

· To assist QP on all structural works carried out according to approved drawings

· To monitor the progress and assist QP on structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings issued.

· To check and monitor the Structural and Architectural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings and method of statements

· To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.

· To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision and to take responsibility of their work and performance.

· To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting record of works, materials, equipment at site, attending meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions, assisting in the co-ordination of Contractor’s works with consultants and any external parties.

Requirements:

· RE registration with IES is mandatory

· Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

· Have at least 4 years of experience in site supervision of works

· Be conversant in local legislation, regulations and codes

· Min 2 years of experience in supervision of precast concrete element launching work for vehicular structures.

As a vital member of an exceptional global team, you will play a key role in Tier 4 support, addressing technical issues for customers, internal business partners, and strategic partners. Your responsibilities will include efficiently triaging issues, evaluating their impact, delving into server logs, replicating problems, capturing device logs, and methodically determining root causes. Collaboration with diverse engineering teams to prioritize and resolve issues will be a central aspect of your role. Acting as the problem manager for top issues, you'll communicate updates and estimated time of resolution to a broad audience, including senior leadership. In addition to driving issue resolutions, you will contribute to the enhancement of operational efficiency. This involves developing exceptional tools, documentation, and refining processes to elevate the quality and speed of issue handling. Furthermore, your commitment extends to participating in On-Call duties and assisting during spikes in issues or when faced with time-critical situations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven track record in solving problems within complex distributed applications
• Proficiency in scripting, such as Python, and server-side programming languages, such as Java.
• High logical and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing client and server-side logs
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational database systems, and/or distributed SQL query engines (such as Oracle and Trino)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with log analysis tools, such as Splunk, is a huge plus
• Experience in Charles Proxy or Wireshark and Sysdiagnose is a plus.
