• Continuously monitor system health, regularly analyze, and test system performance for improvements.
• Perform annual hardware refreshes for endpoint devices and network equipment.
• Oversee regular updates, backups, and restore processes as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Microsoft 365 functionality and improve user experience.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
• Document system configurations, processes, and create IT user guides.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in managing and administering M365 environments
• More than 2 years of experience work as L1 support in mid to large enterprise
• Strong customer service,communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Network and firewall skillset is not mandatory, but good to have.
