Responsibilities:

• Assess and review existing architectural designs, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure project completion aligns with contract requirements.
• Manage architectural scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and analyze variances to initiate corrective actions.
• Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for engineering and technical work.
• Conduct technical meetings and maintain close collaboration with consultants.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Monitor the quality and progress of all project disciplines, ensuring production requirements are met.
• Facilitate the recruitment, placement, and evaluation of architectural or engineering project staff.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by the BOA or an equivalent authority.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant project/site experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in MRT/LTA projects is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage users to carry out feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
• Lead the design development of projects.
• Procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of the projects.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and permit to work during construction stage.
• Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms.
• Develop project governance policies and processes.
• Develop technical standards for cluster infra projects.
• Lead and execute Special Projects or tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Masters in Architectural with at least 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor Degree in Architectural / Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or Estate with minimum 2-4 years’ relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure or project management/design consultancy in the built environment sector.
• Extensive experience in designing of hospitality facilities that involve extensive workflow and stringent environmental requirements is advantageous.
• Knowledge in Building Regulations, Environmental Health Safety and Workplace Safety Health requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development.
• An independent team player who is proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
