The Customer Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the Customer Program Manager on the day to day activities which includes the execution of one or more simultaneous products or programs under development and through volume production, and supports day to day customer order fulfilment activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

General

• Paperwork: pre-acceptance check list, NOC, Documents downloading etc.;
• Set up document filing system and file the sales orders, commercial documents and other paperwork copies;

Order Management

• Maintain sales orders: create, change or cancel sales orders in ERP system and notify the related personnel in a timely manner;
• Shipment coordination: Print Sales Orders, shipment alert to customers, etc.
• Receive and perform necessary analysis against the customer MRP forecast
• Notify the related personnel of the customer forecast demand information in a timely manner.
• Generate various reports (Inventory, consignment reports etc.)

Commercial

• Assist Account Receivable to collect outstanding payment from customers.
• Support and assist with Quotes/costing generation and related requirements
• Work with Cost Accountant to validate costed BOM
• Obtains missing quote information (drawings, specs., other) from Customer’s portal

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to understand, track, drill-down, and analysis based upon sales data churn out.
• Attention to detail with exceptional organization and follow up skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office suite, particularly Excel) and database (SAP or related ERP at the site) experience.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Associates Degree/Diploma or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline or equivalent experience

Experience Requirement:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a semiconductor or similar industry
• Good team player and able to perform in fast paced environment

Position Title: Sales/Project Administrator

Our client is a multinational company that is the global leader in high end sanitary fittings and is currently looking to hire a Sales/Project Administrator to support sales personnel in ensuring the seamless supply of products to project main contractors.

Job Responsibilities:

• In-charge of ensuring smooth process of supplying our products to site and fulfilling our duty as the appointed supplier for secured direct projects.
• Attend regular contractors’ site meetings for each direct project, which are part of obligations of suppliers and service the issues that arise.
• Maintain close communication with main contractors to plan and derive accurate delivery scheduling based on site requirements for all direct projects.
• Create SAP quotations according to approved project pricing and ensure the net prices tally with prices for tender submission and prices in contracts.
