Key Responsibilities

• Build strong service support rapport with regional key account customers in APAC.
• Site Preparation; instrument Installations; training; troubleshooting, preventative maintenance as core task
• Facilitating service contract proposals and tracking as and when required.
• Function as an integral part of a wider global support team to offer “In Time zone 24/7” emergency service support call and troubleshooting assistance as and when assigned with urgent breakdown call with overnight travel either regionally or globally.    
• Train and support customer in the application of “SFDC sales force” CRM platform as a service case tool to record and track service cases
• Support the generation of training aids and technical documentations as required
• Provide timely and concise Pre/Post trip reports and SFDC updates to maintain proper customer CRM records
• Work closely with the commercial and customer service team to ensure prompt and responsive customer support in building strong customer allegiance for the LGC, D&G branding.
• After normal office hours on-call support assignments (global support rotation) as part of a global technical support framework.
• Involving in engineering project, product management request for technical feedback/support
• The individual will be responsible for instrument commissioning, training, test and repair of equipment, and preventative maintenance.
• Expected to mentor junior field service engineers in problem resolution.
• Seeks continuous improvement processes to optimize technical support to our customers in the region.
• This position is responsible to effectively communicate instrument status, issues, and customer complaints and needs to appropriate managers and internal resources.  Will be responsible to proactively take ownership and follow-through with generated issues or complaints reported from themselves, as assigned, or from junior service engineers.
• Responds with flexibility and collaboration to the needs of the business – both internally and externally – by addressing important corporate initiatives when requested by management.
• Ability to handle clients, distributors professionally during all interface and maintain a positive company images
• The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools
• Adhere to company safety standards and promote safety culture throughout the company
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management

• Handle the Precast Concrete Production in the factory.
• Understand the design drawings and production drawings and conduct quality check.
• Liaise with all the relevant parties for production and inspection of the factory.
• Manage the Suppliers and Contractors to rectify if there are any defects prior to delivery to site.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of PPVC and/or PBU Production control experience.
• Proficient with ICTs, Digital Progress control/monitor.

Job Overview

Engineer will be responsible for characterization and developing cost-effective manufacturing test solution for DDR memory subsystem within Qualcomm leading-edge SoC products in the most advanced processes. These include but not limited to memory controllers, PHY, IO pads, DDR SDRAMs test with automated test equipment (ATE). Engineer will be developing Characterization and Test Plans, identifying DFT and test hardware requirements, ATE tests/routines/programs to execute test plans, driving first silicon debug to qualify designs fabricated at external foundries, performing technical data analysis of parametric performance, driving failure analysis to completion, analyzing high volume manufacturing yields and driving test time reduction. Engineer with be working with IC design, system engineering and Hardware applications engineering in a time critical environment across the globe. The individual selected for the position, needs to be proactive, able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, enthusiastic to work as well as be passionate about delivering quality work.

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

· Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

· Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic engineering fundamentals, digital, analog, mixed-signal and VLSI.

· Experience working in both Windows and Unix/Linux operating system.

· Knowledge of computer programming fundamentals (C/C++/Java/Perl)

· Knowledge of DRAM and DDR controller/PHY/IO ATE testing is a plus.

· Knowledge of statistical concepts, analysis and techniques.

· Knowledge in test automation development/scripting/debugging is a plus.

· Strong verbal and written communications skills.

· Independent, initiative and ability to overcome technical challenges.

· Good organization and documentation skills.

Your key responsibilities:

• Facilitate proper operation, maintenance, and restoration of global data network.
• Follow key operation procedure to progress and update Incident and change tickets
• Implement regular break fix related changes
• Acts as an internal training resource to tier 1/2 operations engineers.
• Participate in effective handovers between APAC and US L2 operation teams.

• Provide detailed written summaries of Incidents.
• Act as shift lead
• Lead as Network Operations representative in managed incident calls.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Level 2 network engineer in enterprise grade networks.
• Hands-on experience in extensive Level 2 and 3 troubleshooting network problems pertaining to IP routing and network protocols.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, GTM, LTM VPN, MP-BGP, OSPF Cisco ACI, Wireless technology; DWDM (ADVA), Multicast, HSRP, Spanning tree, VRF and DDOS, IP services (DNS/DHCP) proxies.
• CCNP or other professional level certifications.
• Technical ability to troubleshoot and progress complex IP networks and hardware problems.
• Liaison with Operations Level 1 Engineer, Operations Level 3 Engineer, other IT groups regionally and globally for support and resolution of high priority incidents.
• This role requires you to work in a 12-hour day shift. 4 days work, followed by 4 days off.
