1. System Integration:

• Lead the integration of Building Management System applications with other building systems.
• Design and implement application solutions based on client requirements.

2. Client Interaction:

3. Testing and Validation:

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of BMS applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in application engineering, with a focus on Building Management Systems (BMS).

3. Proficiency in PLC and DDC, SCADA and programming languages (such as Scripting, Function Block, etc..), communication protocols (not limited to BACnet, Modbus, Lon works, etc) and common Microsoft applications.

4. Experience with Siemens S7 PLC and winCC SCADA is an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Overview

Responsible for facilities management and procurement operations of the UFIT group. A Facilities Management / Procurement Executive ensures that all operation and procurement activities and processes meet quality standards and requirements set by the COO.
