Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts with a specialized focus on technical aspects within the CDMO sector. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on drug development and manufacturing processes, including Drug Substance/Drug Product/API synthesis, formulation, analytical testing, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to assess client needs, provide technical insights, and develop innovative solutions that align with client objectives.

Business Development Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans with a focus on leveraging technical expertise to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Identify emerging market trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and opportunity identification.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

New Business Acquisition:

• Assist BD Director in the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements.
• Assist BD Director to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services and capabilities.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

• Assist BD Director in negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
• Assist BD Director in the preparation and review of contracts, proposals, and other legal documents, working closely with internal stakeholders and legal counsel.

Market Intelligence and Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies.
• Stay abreast of market dynamics and customer needs, adapting sales approaches and strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD) preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development or manufacturing operation within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a strong technical background in drug development and manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment.
• In-depth knowledge of drug development processes, including API synthesis, formulation, analytical methods, quality management systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).

The Divisional Manager manages and ensures the company achieves its business objectives – profitability, business and customer growth, organisational development, new service introduction, continuous operational improvement, and working capital effectiveness.

• Increasing the company’s client base and increasing awareness of the company within the business community, particularly among prospective clients. Leads by setting priorities to which industry sectors and prospective clients to target and what services must be developed. Required Advanced NDT methods qualified Level III engineer to take care of NDT teams & advanced NDT team and provide Support in different projects in ExxonMobil, and other clients .Your role will be directly involved with technical and client relationship aspects to ensure smooth project flow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Perform and coordinate PAUT/TOFD inspections ,ACFM / ECT inspection..

· Perform and coordinate RT ,DRT , ARC PMI , PMI (XRF), UTG, MT, PT, MPI , UT , UTG.

· Follow up on technical issues ability to carry out root cause analysis and provide corrective and permanent solutions to clients.

· Frequent On-site visits to Operations facilities to review job scopes and recommend assuring the optimum results are achieved from the NDT service.

· Conduct training programs for Level I and Level II individuals in the specific NDT methods.

· Review and approve company and third-party NDT Procedures.

· Witness / Perform welding activities, NDT activities.

· Coordinate NDT activities during on-stream and shutdown inspection and supervise NDT jobs performed by the Contractor.

· Radiography Film Interpretation according to the National and International Standards.

· Evaluation of advanced NDT Equipment specification and implementation of special NDT techniques and maintain NDT Documentation. Supervise NDT Technicians and develop their ability to become fully qualified technician.

· Prepare reports and the results of examinations are maintained.

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with ASNT Level III in RT , MT , PT , UT , ET , VT , PCN/ CSWIP and PCN Level 2 in PAUT & TOFD qualifications.

· Must have a minimum 03 of working experience in handling NDE Procedures , Singlas / ISO 9001

· Experience in the maintenance and operations and hands trouble shooting ability of NDT equipment and software.

· Must have NEA L6 or L5 Licences & Driving license.

· Good technical knowledge of NDT, PAUT & TOFD and ASNT Level III certification.

The Senior Manager, OT, shall be experienced In Design and Implementation of ICS (Industrial control systems)/OT Industrial Applications (BMS/CCMS/EMS/DCIM), controls systems with C2-command & control embracing the Cyber Security best practices with in-depth knowledge in Control Instrumentation, along with required telemetric data (data extends to and includes all logs, metrics, events and traces that are created by OT systems and applications) required for an efficient DC Facility operations to maintain the SLA with customer.

While being experienced in ICS/OT systems is essential, he/she shall also be experienced in Managing - Administration and operations of DC Technical infrastructure supporting ICS/OT Systems - Windows/ADS IT systems, Server & Storage (VMWARE), Enterprise Backup/Recovery Software operations knowledge, some basic end to end troubleshooting skills on Data Center LAN/ Cyber Security Technical controls like Firewalls/WAN.

• Provide technical operational support on the DC technical Infrastructure supporting ICS/OT Applications - (VMWARE/Windows). Backup/Recovery and Windows Domain Controller. with Integrated knowledge on OT LAN/WAN/Cyber Security Technical Controls like Firewalls Administration, following the proper Incident Management/Problem Management Process
• Technical Project Management of Technical DC infrastructure of the ICS/OT systems initiatives as per Group Technology and Cyber Policies incorporated into DC's Global Operating Standards, procedures, guidelines, and any local regulations to be followed

Job Description

The responsibility of this position is to oversee and closely manage Keppel's submarine cable landing infrastructure and equipment which includes the following activities.

• To plan and make ready the cable landing station infrastructure ready to meet the Ready For Installation Date of new submarine cable system projects by working with the cable landing infrastructure providers including in the formulation and execution of agreements from the technical aspects
• Work with the submarine cable vendors and partners to drive the implementation of the submarine cable system including design, manufacturing and installation activities
• Operations and Maintenance of submarine cable infrastructure and equipment with the remote support from the partners, Cable System NOC (Network Operations Center) and coordination with the suppliers and partners as needed
• Work closely with the customers, partners and suppliers on project implementation activities like participation in site survey, installation, testing and commissioning of submarine cable and terminal equipment and follow up regularly to get all activities completed on time
