BW Group is seeking an SOX Manager to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Talent Management & Capability Development, the hire will be one of the team leads within Synapxe Academy, supervising a total of 3 assistant managers and/or executives in managing the learning operations, digitalization and productivity efforts as well as delivery experience.
