Job Description:
· Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions
· Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to source and attract qualified candidates
· Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
· Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application and providing constructive feedback
· Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process
· providing insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process and understand their organizational culture, business objectives, and specific hiring requirements
· Utilize various sourcing strategies, including database searches, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates
· Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client discussions to offer negotiation and onboarding
· Stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitor activities
Requirements:
· Diploma in Psychology, Human Resources, or related equivalent
· Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience.
· Having experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a recruitment agency or HR consultancy.
· Demonstrated success in placing candidates across various industries and levels.
· Strong client management and communication skills.
· Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
· Experience in sales and negotiation, with a focus on closing deals with clients and candidates.
· Proven ability to network effectively and build relationships within the industry.
· Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
· Proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality work
· Able to multi-task and work under tight schedules
