What you'll be doing:

• Take ownership of customer queries received via phone, email, live chat, and in-person through to resolution in line with policies/procedures, KPI, and Customer First training best practices. Striving to increase customer satisfaction/first-time resolution and reduce the need for customers to contact.
• Respond to customer queries via the daily retention queue in a timely and professional manner, providing price quotes, lapsed lists, and denial data to prevent lost revenue.
• Provide support with the monitoring of retention campaign performance and perform data cleansing after each campaign, reporting regularly and identifying opportunities to improve campaigns.
• Using SAP/Salesforce to manage and take responsibility for the processing of orders, invoices, quotes, returns, and claims in a timely and accurate manner, responding appropriately and swiftly to queries, problems, and special requests from customers, accelerating these to team leaders and managers where appropriate.
• Resolve product or service problems/queries by clarifying customer issues, determining the root cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem, expediting corrections/adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
• On the back of customer contacts review the customer self-help portals and suggest new content or amendments to the relevant team.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or suggest amendments to relevant teams.
• Play an active role in the achievement of department goals by assisting with all types of work across the department as needed. Work effectively with the team to achieve individual, team, and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
• Provide support to team members, assisting with training if appropriate.
• Achieve personal objectives and, work to agreed KPIs and targets including quality assurance.
• In addition to the above, this role will be expected to help with projects and workload as determined by business needs and the Manager.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Fluent English and Japanese(JLPT N1 or equivalent level) language skills required in this role as a must, both written and speaking
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
• Previous Customer Service experience, preferably with more than one year experience in an office environment.
• Skills in retention.
• Experience of working with KPIs/SLAs.
• Understanding of the role of related departments and having a range of contacts outside and within Customer Service.
• A solid grasp of process and product-related issues and can effectively answer most customer questions without difficulty.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior technical SEO specialist who is excited about joining a global team and be part of our future success.  You will be part of a global marketing team, reporting into the Global Content and SEO lead.

Increased Organic Visibility and Traffic: Drive significant growth in organic search traffic by improving the website's rankings for high-priority keywords related to accounting, company formation, and compliance services in key markets like Australia, the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Monitor and optimise SEO performance across all regions and services.

2. Improved Technical SEO and Site Health: Ensure that the website is technically optimised to world-class standards, addressing issues such as crawlability, indexation, site speed, and mobile usability. 5. International SEO Leadership: Implement and manage SEO strategies for multi-regional websites, optimising content, metadata, and technical configurations for each market. Maintain strong visibility for critical terms and services in the UK, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, ensuring localised SEO efforts are executed effectively.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 8  years experience in a technical SEO role. We are open to hiring globally for this role, so location is not important.

Interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. 

It might seem like a lot - but fear not - we come prepared! We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish depending on your availability.

Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role. 

Introductory call

• A ~30 minute video call with a member of our HR team to discuss your application and get a better understanding of your experience and expectations for the role

Technical Test

• It is usually a 30-50 minute online assessment that will be conducted in real-time, while a member of staff is dialled into the call

Career deep dive 

• A ~60 minute chat with the Hiring Manager
• We’ll discuss your last couple of roles to understand your experience in more detail
• In addition, we’ll be trying to gauge your where your strengths lie

Control Risks is working with a global household-name company to identify and embed a Physical Security Specialist who will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the client's security operations in South East Asia. Key duties of the role will include interacting with all corporate cross-functional partners and country leadership teams, vendor management and financial reporting, support for corporate events, and travel security.

This key role will require an individual who is passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day to day security operations at the client's corporate locations across South East Asia.
• Drive multiple security projects effectively including management of key performance indicators, vendor management and quality control. This will often include liaising with other members of the Enterprise Security or Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure alignment on new projects.
• Where necessary, contextualize and add regional specific vigor to global programs to further optimize overall program delivery.
• Develop key relationships with the client's corporate workplace teams, the landlord and third-party security vendors, ensuring cohesion across the site’s security and safety functions.
• Develop bespoke training packages in support of existing guard force and corporate security.
• Development and implementation of site incident management procedures.
• Support and liaise with the EHS team to ensure all standards are maintained across all facilities.
• Ensuring effective communication and reporting to the Regional Head of Security Operations and work towards the standards set by the wider security team.

• 5+ years experience in corporate security, and operational management.
• Bachelor’s degree required (or higher), relevant certifications (ex. CPP) a plus
