· 10+ years of experience in Project and Change Management (preferably in financial services)

· Experience delivering complex programmes / projects in IT and/or a financial services environment

• Handle inquiries from shop tenants, lessees, and the public about improvement works at HDB commercial premises, like shops and Civil Defence Shelters.
