(b) To register data for non-regulated items into a Chemical Management System on behalf of the users during purchases.

(c) Receive and sort all chemicals, biological samples, reagents, and kits before issuing to Users.

i. Verify if these chemicals have SDS and approved in a Chemical Management System.

ii. Perform goods receipt (GR) in the system.

iii. Print QR Code and GHS Labelling and tag to individual items.

(d) For regulated items, log sheet will be additionally prepared and filed up prior to storing them in designated storage cabinets. Customer’s Safety Team and Users will also be notified via email. Items may need to be quarantined if proper documentation is not in placed prior to purchase.

(e) Performing regular stock checking to ensure the accuracy of the inventory and the storage compatibility limit:

i. Regulated chemicals – Quarterly
