Role Responsibilities

Strategy

· Collaborate with Treasury, CPBB stakeholders, Countries and Finance to manage and promote the Bank’s capital, liquidity and balance sheet position, with particular focus on CPBB business.

· Forge strong Treasury – CPBB partnerships with increased focus on the importance of external pricing. Other areas of focus include rate sensitivity, passthroughs and margins. Support the business in the growth of quality CPBB CASA deposits, Cost of Funds management and improving returns

· Develop strong Treasury – CPBB partnerships with increased understanding & visibility on the drivers of CPBB’s balance sheet & RWA, specifically how it impacts the Bank’s liquidity & capital requirements on an ongoing and planning basis.

Business

· Work with Treasury, Business and Finance stakeholders to increase focus on price sensitivity, rates and margins

· Collaborate with CPBB business to drive awareness around client dynamics and behavioural patterns across different interest rate cycles and its associated impact on forecasted Balance Sheet shape and income.

· Proactively engage with CPBB business and finance to understand key balance sheet and revenue drivers across markets and propose suitable Treasury-CPBB synergies.

· Drive appropriate MI and analytics to increase the visibility of pricing and margins.

· Conceptualize analytical solutions to increase efficiency and insightfulness of analyses for senior management decision making.

· Educate relevant stakeholders on the types of commercial enablers which Treasury can deploy to drive desired business outcomes and how these should be employed effectively to drive the Bank’s strategic agenda.

· Work with Treasury Liquidity on matters relating to liquidity valuation of CPBB products to ensure pricing mechanisms remain effective in driving business growth.

· Create appropriate frameworks and processes to help CPBB understand, review and challenge pricing behaviours across various interest rate cycles in key markets.

· Regularly review and refine scenario assumptions alongside business and finance counterparts.

· Formulate relevant thematical analyses and deep dives as and when appropriate.

· Focus on being a key contact for the CPBB business especially on Treasury related matters

· Creation of appropriate MI to monitor Balance Sheet quality and key metrics and indicators to identify returns-destroying behaviour.

The Platform Product and Operation team is under TikTok Data-Trust and Safety. Their goal is to keep the platform running smoothly and to guarantee user safety. The business solution team is responsible for business security and user experience; Evaluate the potential compliance and various risks of the business in a qualitative and quantitative manner, propose feasible prevention and control plans, follow up on the implementation and execution of various optimization strategies, and be responsible for the long-term results of the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Familiarize oneself with various methods and presentation styles of risk content, conduct malicious content injection, and evaluate the platform's ability to identify and filter out violations.

2. Master various social engineering attack techniques, simulate phishing emails, induce clicking on links, etc., to evaluate the system's ability to detect and block cheating and fraudulent behavior.

3. Collect and organize data and logs during attack simulations, extract key indicators and reports, and output content security strategy optimization plans.

· Handle cashier duties in accordance to hotel Policy & Procedures

· Perform night audit function including date roll procedures and reconciliation of cashiering transactions

· To be kept informed of all functions, events, and promotions going on in the hotel and citywide.

· Address all residents’ concerns or complaints with the utmost urgency. Handle all residents’ queries and questions and avoid referring to other persons or departments unless otherwise necessary.

· Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of all work-related areas

· Work at different shifts that may be assigned based on operational necessities.

And the rest of the time, Customer Service Representative will

· Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned by the Duty Manager from time to time.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 'N' Levels or higher

· Qualifications in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution is an added advantage

· Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in front office preferred

· Good command of English is required; Additional language is an asset

· Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations

· Capacity to read situations, understand environments and respond accordingly

· Someone who is a good team player, honest ,details oriented and good interpersonal

· Able to commit shift work and night shift.

Summary:

Works under general supervision to manage full set of accounts in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting functions including bank reconciliation and invoicing.
• Carry out monthly account closings and reconciliations (AP, AR, general ledger, taxes).
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, employee claims and leave.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST F5 return.
• Manage and record stock inventory and fixed assets.
• Generate cash flow reports and management accounts.
• Other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
• On-job-training will be provided, but experience in managing full set of accounts preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Knowledge and experience of using an accounting software preferred

About the role

A combination of project delivery and BAU management, this role supports projects and maintains the governance frameworks and reporting for the region to support International and Trading & Shipping businesses growth strategy.

The role is expected to support governance, risks and controls as well as have coordination responsibility to champion process improvements, enhance data integrity and accuracy for reporting and training across the region.

The project support and analysis responsibility works across a broad range of cross functional opportunities at Ampol, primarily in Trading and Shipping. The project initiatives are focussed around building new business capabilities and enhancing processes. Initiatives are led through the Transformation and Governance team includes managing multiple project workstreams, resources, prioritisation of initiatives and stakeholder engagement across various business units.

Key responsibilities

Support projects for International & Trading & Shipping

• Support Project Specialist in managing initiatives through the project life cycle and translate strategy into project implementation. This includes planning and coordinating required resources, management of change execution and business case development to progress projects through each phase. Initiatives will require input from a broad range of teams within Ampol. Engagement with these teams including the ability to influence, will play an important part in the success of this role.

Support idea generation in Trading and Shipping

• Support Project Specialists in idea generation workshops in the Trading and Shipping team in order to assist the department in maximising the value generated by the business. This includes considering the team capabilities required to support the business growth plan, addressing capability gaps and identifying enablers to business growth success.

Implement the use of Ampol Management of Change tools in Trading and Shipping

• Support Project Specialists through the management of change processes during initiative implementation. This includes the use of tools and frameworks to assist in generating value, improving safety awareness and efficiencies in Trading and Shipping.

Support Continuous Improvement in the Trading and Shipping team

• Support implementation of changes through process reviews, measure and validate required outcomes
• Responsible for compiling & coordination of process training with relevant stakeholder groups

Support the development and use of project management frameworks in Trading and Shipping

• Assist the Trading and Shipping department in project management of team specific initiatives including use of processes developed for the group. This includes managing and maintaining the project framework to ensure it is fit for purpose.

Support governance, risk & control initiatives, and monthly reporting

• Support the Governance Specialist in managing the risk & control lifecycle and reporting including ownership and maintenance of the Trading & Shipping risk register.
• Support compiling & coordination of training with relevant stakeholder groups.
• Manage and update related project tracking artifacts & governance.

Qualifications & experience

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Finance or Business or related discipline or relevant operational experience.
• Business Process Management / Six Sigma / Data qualifications
• Project 5+ years of program/project management, management consulting or leading business change
• 2+ year’s downstream oil industry and/or petroleum trading companies in areas such as Supply planning, Supply operations, line finance roles, corporate planning and strategy, and distribution and sales leadership positions.
• Application of agile project methodology
• Proven track record in managing procedures, controls and training with ability to develop insights on risk and control matters for Risk and Control owners
• Familiar with data management and visualisation

Skills knowledge

• Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity including management of change and relevant documentation.
• Ability to engage with and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project implementation outcomes.
• Experience in workstream or small project delivery coupled with excellent communication, written and problem-solving skills
• Excellent ability to understand, analyse and communicate governance, risk & control processes, requirements and solutions

Possess good understanding of the following:

• Governance frameworks such a three lines of defense, controls and metrics, operational excellence management systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management [internal and external]
• Working with technology to define automation and visualisation activities
