Product Specialist – CRM

As part of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team, you’ll work closely with the broader team to ensure the growth and ongoing success of the business by developing procedural and clinical product knowledge to support, advise, and train medical and nursing professionals to achieve optimal outcome for their patients. The Key Job Responsibilities Are:

• Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
• Visit existing and potential customers of Transmedic on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to promote Transmedic products and services.
• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products according to business unit goals and objectives, through execution, while optimizing available tools (consignment, etc).
• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating rooms.

• Gather and analyze medical device industry and business feedback, and forward market analysis reports to the management and relevant parties on monthly and yearly basis.

Skills & Experience:

• Possess a tertiary education in a related medical field such as Cardiac Technology, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry and/or in a clinical environment. Experience in CRM and/or Electrophysiology (EP) sales is preferred.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication and relationship skills.
• Able to engage and interact with customers in a variety of settings including tradeshows, conferences, market research, advisory boards, and field interactions.
• Enjoy prospecting for new business and closing the sale.
• Able to attend cases and provide support in the operating theatres
• Is self-motivated, and enjoy teamwork.

The Role Responsibilities

· This role is part of the Enterprise Technology (ET) Transformation team – a function which partners with colleagues to create #simplerfasterbetter processes, putting clients and business outcomes at the centre of what we do.

· The role focus is to lead the ET Change Portfolio including some of Vendor management & governance aspects covering Infrastructure vendor governance across Transversal project management. The role will assist in developing and delivering strategies to effect the changes required to proactively ensure that the people agenda is delivered and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.

· Working with ET Domain Heads and Business and Functional stakeholders it will be important that the chosen candidate has credible experience with a Project, Programme and Portfolio management background but also comes with the right behaviours to drive new ways of working within the space. As an individual, it will be important to have excellent interpersonal skills. The person must be hands-on enough to design, discover, facilitate, and implement practical solutions, yet able to operate at strategic levels to ensure we tackle the right problems.

This encompasses the overall understanding of existing infra usage patterns in collaboration with infrastructure, engineering, product, and business leaders to produce cost and demand forecasts and optimization plans.

· Drive self-sustaining saves through automation making processes more efficient & effective.

· Identify and implement creative measures to improve vendor propositions with regards to ET change and transformation agenda.

· Lead migration management of apps and infrastructure from existing DCs to the new offerings under Catalyst

· Contribute to process training and skills building initiatives, including the coaching and development of colleagues to support and accelerate the Ways of Working.

· Specifically best practice Programme and Portfolio management skills will be developed by coaching and mentoring the ET Change community
