Key Accountabilities

Identify & Respond to Customer Inquiries:

• Collect required customer data and information for account creation and maintenance, equipment adds to the program, deletes from the program, or entitlement changes. Submit via portal for processing.

Purchase Req and PO Creation:

• Obtain required documentation and approval prior to creation of Purchase Requisitions for service requests to be completed by non-PerkinElmer suppliers.
• Identify Customer’s instrument/system-based or technical need & ensure that required documentation is secured prior to purchase requisition release.
• Negotiate and contact vendors for Service, pricing and discounts, according to discount matrix.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collect feedback and craft various problem statements within the organisation to support innovation pipeline and to ensure that each stage of the design thinking framework process is applied to each initiative.
2. Assist Head of Innovation in to framing and crafting the appropriate narrative for project briefs, progress reports, etc.for each new innovation to be tested and or deployed.
3. Scoping and managing innovation initiatives / projects for feasibility of solutions/products to solve unique problem statements faced by the YCH Group’s world class operations and customers.
4. Deployment of various solutions in accordance with the company’s innovation roadmap. This includes, but is not limited to, project management, gathering of requirements, solution design, implementation, verifying efficacy of proposed solution, training, etc.

JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS

1. Work with the Head of Innovation to design and implement innovation projects throughout the innovation cycle (from problem statement framing, requirement gathering, project management and ideally regional deployment of successful projects).
2. Management of innovation initiatives / projects, including working closely with various stakeholders to collect project requirements, timeline management, obtaining budget approvals and presentation to appropriate management.
3. Lead in finalising relevant agreement, managing innovation partners/vendors and organising project meetings where required.
4. Assist in the tracking of various project status and maintaining records of project meetings for ease of measuring and acting upon stakeholder / innovation partner feedback.
5. Assist in the generation of reports, including budgetary control and commercialisation outcomes.
6. Executes initiatives to achieve overall continuous development goals and driving innovation culture development within YCH Group.
7. Monitoring and analysis of innovation technology trends that could improve the company's services and performance.
8. Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to explore collaboration opportunities and access innovative solutions and technologies.
9. Perform other job-related tasks / projects as and when necessary or as required by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of IT systems and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in project management, solutioning and data analysis.
• Innovative, creative, inquisitive and able to work both independently and as a team player
• Ability to interact and work effectively across functional teams and at multiple levels within the organization.

The primary responsibility for the role is, as the regional level Center of Expertise, drive the IEM and OEM business development and customer engagement in Key verticals and OEM business by building strong process and application expertise of the vertical and OEM business, developing good relationship with regional Headquarters to make the Grundfos Brand the preferred strategic partner in the role of Center of expertise

Regional level KAM strategy:

Prospect, promote and secure annual or long-term key account framework agreement with IEM and OEM customers.

IEM:

· Contribute to the development of selected vertical and key account development strategy, including but not limit to collecting the industry trends and insights, screening out key accounts target, driving/facilitate/contributing to the value proposition development for the specific verticals, apply OOP approach and leverage resource to support IEM business, etc.

· Identify and develop channel to the IEM market.

· Collaboration with sales team in the deployment of account plans and sustainability initiative.

· To develop and consolidate sales tools relevant for IEM value base selling.

· Proactive follow up with Global IEM team and S & M team on Global IEM activities including marketing and implementation in APAC mainly with IEM as a sales transformation track COE, also in collaboration with other sales transformation track core team related to IEM business.

OEM business:

· Work with global OEM KAM team and Global Solution & Marketing team to identify and develop the Co-Creation opportunity together with area sales team and regional SD&TKAM.

· Design and organize regional level knowledge sharing and competency building initiatives with the help of Global Sales and Aftermarket Transformation team, Global BD and regional team. For example, IEM vertical package or value based selling package learning or customization based on IND APAC market needs; Provide content to enrich IND wiki with APAC industrial end user or OEM business know-how, etc

· Monitor and report on pipeline, order intake, sales, profitability (direct and indirect sales) and provide deep analysis and business recommendation to regional and area sales leaders.

· Drive and support the strategic conversation and value based selling dialogue with key decision makers in IEM and OEM to position Grundfos as a knowledgeable partner.

· Discover opportunities within the verticals of served market, provide business recommendation and expertise support to improve the overall performance of leads generation and follow up by sales team using IRR and leverage business intelligence to indicate market opportunities.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are perceived as highly customer Centric and collaborative ensuring ONE-GRUNDFOS.

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with PC Hardware, MS Windows Desktop/Server OS, Linux, MS A/D and basic network, TCP/IP knowledge and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle purchasing for Direct Material, including issuing of Purchase Order (PO) to supplier and ensure timely delivery of materials
2. Coordinate with supplier on delivery schedule in the event of customer order pull in
3. Assist Sourcing Officer in negotiation for Direct Material price reduction with supplier for cost reduction/ discount/rebate
4. Arrange and coordinate the sales of scrap material
5. Conduct Annual Supplier Assessment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Development

• Drive the product development projects for the next generation PV modules. Understand PV industry testing requirement and design FMEA.

Energy Yield Monitoring

• Manage the energy yield monitoring activities for existing and new sites. Lead discussion to understand the PV modules performance and propose the improvement enablers based on the monitoring outcomes.

Energy Yield Modeling

• Able to apply the PV energy yield simulation software for comparing the simulated performance with the actual field data to draw links and highlight the technical advantages of the products.

Others

• Assist R&D and process, manufacturing teams with technical analyses, troubleshooting and improvement projects.
• Plan, coordinate and be ready to work hands-on in the labs to conduct experiments and build test modules.
• Some travelling to conferences, seminars, and research institutes is to be expected.

• MSc / Ph.D. in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in product development / field installation / system-level research.
• Working experience in Solar/Semiconductors/Electronics manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• Expertise in PV modules energy yield simulation (PVSyst is a must).
• Field experiences in system design and installation.
