SYSTEM ENGINEER

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Test Engineer role in Q&T Facility is responsible for running tests for manufacturing and new product development teams in the center. The person needs to work closely with the test requestors to understand the testing requirements, test regime, conduct gap analysis, create, and execute a plan for completing tests in the facility. To develop, direct and coordinate material planning activities that support the production plan in order to fulfill committed orders and optimize inventory.

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible in planning and scheduling of production line using computerized MRP II in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• To collaborate with internal supplier to ensure supply continuity.
• Analyze key planning parameters to achieve a balance between inventory and forecast.
• To minimize and avoid slow moving and obsolescent materials
• To achieve Inventory Holding target
• To achieve On Time Delivery target

Requirements

• Diploma in Production Engineering.
• Preferably with at least 3 years’ Planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in LEAN initiatives
• Candidates with SAP knowledge will have an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and a good team player

Job Description:

. Order processing.

· Preparation of shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, certificates or origin, etc

· Liaison with suppliers / buyers on arrivals and related issues.

· Handle export documents.

· Work closely with Warehouse on readiness of materials.

· Interact with buyers / planners on shipment issues, etc.

· Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Salary: Up to $5000++ (with Commission)
• Monday to Friday: Flexi start and end time from 8am onwards
• Location: Jurong East (Less than 10 minutes walk from MRT station)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop client and business relationships.

• Extraction of Outfitting General Arrangement form AVEVA
• Prepare a wide range of engineering related documents such as plot plans, Key plan
• Extraction of Piping layoutand Piping General Arrangement from AVEVA
• Etraction of Isometric drawing with MTO and Line list
• Data consistency and Clash checking in AVEVA
• Prepare support drawings
• Checking the piping and oyther discipline documents as per shipyard payment
• Perform 3D Modelling of Electrical equipment and cable tray/ladder, supports and instruments in AVEVA
• Preparation of 2D deliverables (lighting layout, wiring diagram, equipment layout, interconnection diagram, cable tray/ladder layout, cable tray/ladder fill report and MCT layout)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring all guests receive prompt and friendly service

- Overseeing the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing to the highest standard

- Helping to manage and motivate the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment

- Responding to customer complaints and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a management role in a busy restaurant

- Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time-management skills in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks, with strong attention to detail
