Responsibilities:

• Involved in SAP SD, MM, and PS user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and for enhancements to existing systems.
• Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation.
• Provide on-going application support
• Support SAP SD, MM and PS based on business requirements, policies, and standards.
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
• Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation.
• Review service targets and ensure that service targets are met, as well as maintain high service levels to customers.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience with SAP SD, MM, and PS.
• Relevant experience in ECC 6.0 preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in information technology
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Advocate for breastfeeding-friendly policies and practices within healthcare facilities and the community.
