RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary:

To provide creative and operational elements of Audio in broadcast standard environment for all TV Production, OB and Studios events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and the execution of the audio plan to develop the appropriate audio requirement for TV production.
• Assist in handling of basic TV broadcast Mix Audio operations, Front-of-House (FOH) & Stage monitoring operation and ensure consistent audio quality during live and recorded productions.
• Maintain proper records/inventory of the sound equipment and follow up on equipment under repair.

• NITEC in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Audio/Video Field or Diploma in Audio Engineering / Film, Sound and Video.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Experience in setting up sound system.
• Experienced in Audio Mixing and Recording Operation.
• Experience in the Maintenance of audio equipment.
• Strong Communication skills and Problem Solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure Revenue targets are met
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in whiteboarding architectural designs to offer diverse solution alternatives to customers.
• Ability to identify requirements and develop use cases based on customer's business priority
• Articulate the advantages and disadvantages of each proposed solution while evaluating the total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and business partners to communicate tailored solutions to clients effectively.
• Thrive on engaging with customers, comprehending their business and technical challenges, and deciphering their requirements.
• Assess technical and security prerequisites, drafting comprehensive solution proposals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Technical Discipline.
• Demonstrated experience of 2 to 5 years in presales or back-end operations within network, security and/or cloud solutions/infrastructure
• Network, Security and/or Cloud certifications will be an added advantage (such as CCNP, CCIE, Azure certified, AWS certified, CEH, CISSP etc)

Location: Tuas with Island Wide Pick Up
Duration: 6 months
Salary: Up to $5000 with 0.5 months completion bonus
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.15-5.00pm

Job Scope:

• Work closely with Supply Chain and Business Units on daily operation matters.
• Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning to purchase imported chemicals/equipment.
• Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and generate daily receiving lists to the warehouse.
• Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL.
• Ensure timely delivery of material to support the plant's operation and customer's shipment demands.
• Analyze and close monitoring of excess and obsolete inventory.
• Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.
• Work closely with sub-con on the delivery arrangements to meet our customer request.
• Ensure planning activities and procedures are in compliance with company's ISO 14001/9001.
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
