Job Description

· Initiate and develop client relationships through calls and meetings.

· Build a network of high-quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database.

· Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions.

· Engage with customers through on-site meetings, lunches, coffees, networking events and seminars.

· Guide, feedback, and influence customers through the interview process, ensuring every opportunity for a successful placement.

· Manage salary and fee negotiations.

Position: Training Consultant - Financial Sector
Program Duration: 1 Year (with potential for permanent conversion)
Salary: S$4K + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• To improve product knowledge and soft skills, engage in structured training and development programs, including obtaining financial certifications (e.g., CMFAS).
• Work alongside senior financial consultants and mentors to understand industry best practices, shadow client meetings, and cultivate professional financial advisory skills.

• Support the planning and delivering of targeted change management initiatives required to achieve the outcomes of the overall OneERP+ change management strategy
• Partnering with leaders, subject matter experts and employees across the business to understand, plan, design, implement and monitor change that drives success against organisation goals
• Support the development and delivery of effective OneERP+ change activities leading to highly engaging employee experiences which promote ongoing engagement in change and the corporate strategic direction across APAC.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent work experience, formal qualification in change management discipline such as PROSCI desired.
• Demonstrated delivery of change approaches and artefacts within a complex program of work, including being a member of an international and/or remote team.
• Change Management experience (3+ years) in wide scale organisational programs preferably of an IT implementation
• Evidence of the value and success of delivering change management for the OneERP+ program
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced, ambiguous and challenging environments
• Results-driven leader and team player who thrives on working with others to solve complex challenges - particularly across diverse business units and locations
• Professional, pragmatic and customer focused
• Experience working with a number of ASEAN countries would be preferred – especially recognition of social, language and cultural differences – to assist other team members in their change approaches to the various in-scope countries
• Knowledge of specific functional areas (Finance, Projects, Sales, Procurement, etc.) would be an advantage.
