Responsibilities:

• Organize, monitor and ensure manufacturing processes operated with minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
• Initiates, implements, and manages the processes improvement program based on best practices in the metal drum making industry, with an emphasis on productivity and product quality.

Role and Responsibilities:
-Perform administrative duties using Microsoft Office applications.

-Identify and recommend course curriculum that aligns with customers' needs and objectives.
-Liaise closely with customers, addressing course inquiries through walk-in and online platforms, and facilitating sales closure.

-Collect and review feedback from customers to improve sales and enhance the customer experience.
-Maintain database records and analyze sales data for administrative purposes.

BIPO is looking for a Project Consultant who will be responsible for implementing the HRMS software, covering modules such as Personnel, Leave, Claims, Payroll (Singapore), Attendance, Appraisal, Training, and Recruitment.

Responsibilities

· Manages and implements multiple HRMS projects (small to medium and large projects) simultaneously.

· Ensures that projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities to include, but not limited to, scheduling, scoping, configuring, testing, training, conducting user acceptance test and maintaining quality control.

· Analyses customer requirements, proposes system design, and prepares system demonstration environment and configuration.

· Partners with R&D team internally and with customer externally to design, test, and maintain any necessary integrations, as well as to ensure existing interfaces continue to run smoothly and provide accurate results.

· Provides proactive, strategic system consulting services representing HR-owned data.

· Provides knowledge and best practices on the system functionality.

Technical Skills and Competencies

· IT Degree/Diploma or major in Information Technology or related area

· Minimum 1 year working experience HRMS Project Implementation.

· Familiar with Human Resources related processes

· Familiar with Singapore statutory leave policy, CPF computation.

· Good knowledge of Singapore statutoryleave policy, overtime policy, CPF, SDL, Fund computation is a plus.

· Basic SQL knowledge for the checking data in database.
