Requirements

We are seeking a SAP Senior Data Migration Consultant specialized in MM/PP with proven experience in managing ECC to S/4HANA migrations. You should have a deep understanding of data migration strategies, SAP system landscapes, firsthand experience with SNP CrystalBridge for Bluefield transformations and good knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a data migration strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and leverages the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA.
• Utilize SNP CrystalBridge along with the Bluefield approach for condensed data and business process migration.
• Implementation and Customizing of MM/PP module in target system
• Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, and post-migration review to confirm effective transition to S/4HANA.
• Discuss and Perform data models and data mapping for transitioning from the ECC system to the S/4HANA system.
• Document the data migration process, mapping, and technical details for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Provide insights, lessons learned, and suggest best practices for S/4HANA migration project.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in utilizing the SNP CrystalBridge tool with the Bluefield approach.
• Understanding of key SAP functional areas as per the scope of the project.
• Excellent MM/PP module knowledge in ECC and S/4 environment
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
• Extensive experience in managing end-to-end data migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Profound understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model, architecture, and its functionalities.
• Minimum 4 end-to-end implementation lifecycles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Masters degree in Computer science or equivalent
• SNP Ambassador Mission Control Certificate
• Excellent English language skills – German language skills is a bonus
• Singaporeans/ PR preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate line issues if any.
• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning.
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed.
• Conduct training/coaching to leaders & operators to improve performance.
• Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors.
• Ensure good discipline and housekeeping in the line.
• Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities in the fab.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering field.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the high-volume of manufacturing environment.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.
