In your role as a Production Support Lead (Contract), you will play a crucial part in managing and implementing change operations across various domains such as online banking, wealth management systems, financial systems, contact centre systems, and merchant portals. You will be responsible for handling over 200-250 application, infrastructure, and network changes during weekend windows. Your ability to work effectively with global teams will be key in orchestrating change schedules and executing deployments. Your leadership skills will be put to use as you direct complex traffic management actions and escalate high-impact issues.

• Manage and review change requests for applications, patching, and infrastructure/network updates.
• Work together with counterparts on planning application upgrades, monthly releases, and network infrastructure changes.
• Collaborate with global teams to orchestrate change schedules, execute deployments, and address ongoing operational issues.
• Cover shift hours from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, with flexibility to ensure thorough handover to the next team.
• Serve as the client-facing contact for change operations, providing regular updates on planned outages and change status.
• Act as a leadership figure within the team, directing complex traffic management actions and escalating high-impact issues to senior leadership.
• Design deployment strategies and maintain a library of deployment script templates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of production, from initial concept, support the development of pitch and presentation materials, through post-production and release.
• Collaborate with writers, directors, and creative teams to develop compelling storylines and scripts.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, securing necessary resources (funding for the film by pitching to studios, investors, or through other funding methods) and managing finances throughout the production.
• Oversee casting, hiring crew, scouting and securing locations, ensuring all production elements align with creative vision and logistical needs.
• Manage entire administrative production processes, including securing rights to scripts or books.
• Manage relationships with investors, stakeholders, and distribution partners to secure financing, negotiate contracts, and expand reach.
• Create video content for our social media channels, making sure each post is a work of art that keeps our followers engaged. From reels to long-form videos, you'll be the driving force behind our visual storytelling efforts.
• Manage promotional strategies and distribution plans for completed projects.
• Maintain high standards for all visual materials and ensure that every piece of content is not only visually stunning but also consistent with our brand guidelines.
• Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory and safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative techniques and practices.
• Take on any additional tasks that arise unexpectedly during the production, ensuring they are handled efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in production, ideally within a creative agency environment.
• Proven experience as a Producer in film, television, or digital media, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong network within the film industry in Singapore and/or the Asia Pacific region.
• Exceptional project management, budgeting, and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse creative teams.
• In-depth knowledge of film production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all levels of stakeholders internally an externally.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability on crisis management
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
• A good team player.
• Working rights required for this role.
