The Student Services (SS) Department would like to invite individuals who has a passion for Customer Service to apply for this role. • Manage database systems, conduct market research, provide part-time customer service, and efficiently handle daily operational tasks.
• The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis abilities and excel at multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance company databases, delivering analytical support through data-driven insights and reports, and conducting market research to inform business decisions.
• Additionally, assist with customer service and perform routine operational duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Background in Statistics, Big Data, Economics, or related fields preferred.
• Experience with SQL, R, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint is an advantage.
