KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) Course Administration:

· Provide support for course development, enhancement and management, including preparation and procurement of materials, scheduling, course registrations and enrolments

KEY SPECIFICATION

· Minimum diploma with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience.

Description:

• Supports Operations Manager (OM) to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Monitors and tracks school’s facilities, and operating system/equipment, to ensure they are in order. He/she will follow-up with the vendors/Term Contractors (TCs) to ensure defects are rectified.
• Conducts daily check on school’s perimeter, building and infrastructure to ensure school safety and put up the fault reporting.
• Works closely with the team of Operations Support Officers (OSOs), TCs, contractors, service providers such as security guards, cleaners, vendors, and contractors etc. For example, he/she will lead the OSOs to set up the venues for school events such as examinations, meetings etc
