Working Days: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:30pm, Alternate Sat: 8am to 12pm (One Sat can be WFH)
Salary : $2500 - $3500

Job Description:

1. Manage HR functions to enhance organization performance and employee engagement. The functions include talent recruitment, administrative management, performance management.
2. Responsible for employment related issues such as maintenance of employees record, and applications such as renewal, cancellation and tax clearance for foreign employees.
3. Responsible for company employee engagement activities.
4. Work closely with the management, employees to implement HR policies effectively.
5. Learn and adopt new digital HR technologies to enhance work effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• IHRP certified / Familiarization with Singapore Employment Act is a plus.
