Job Responsibilities

· Provide procurement support to operations in sourcing, tendering, evaluation and contract management.

· Minimum Diploma/Degree, with minimum 2 years experience in procurement.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Assist the Head of Operations and Assistant Head of Operations Administrations in all daily tasks and matters in the Operations Department.

· Coordinate with Operations Department and Sales & Marketing Department in project executions, including processing customer purchase order, creating delivery orders and return forms, arranging equipment testing and maintenance, as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.

· Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers as well as following up with customers on receivable and final accounts for completed projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably with exposure to L&D, insurance, or HR-related tasks.

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
