The job description of an EE/SEE at Semakau Landfill (SL) are as follow:

• To supervise resident contractor in landfill operation, the operation and maintenance (O&M) of landfill equipment, vehicles and floating platform, and to ensure high availability of the landfill equipment to meet operational targets.

Job Scope:

• Supervise day-to-day operations, including overseeing check-ins/check-outs and accommodation arrangements.
• Coordinate facility services such as cleaning, maintenance, pest control, and waste management.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with dormitory regulations and policies.
• Perform security patrols and address security-related matters.
• Respond to emergencies and prepare detailed incident or occurrence reports.
• Maintain records, including those for the Sick Bay and Lost & Found items.
• Promote and implement health and safety practices within the dormitory.
• Monitor service levels and review partnerships with service providers/vendors.
• Liaise with contractors on maintenance issues and oversee the completion of related works.

Requirements:

• Possession of any dormitory-related certifications is advantageous.
• CERT (Company Emergency Response Team) certification is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable about Singapore's dormitory regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in automotive lubricants.

· Minimum educational qualification: Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.

1. Responsible for leading and organizing the entire production & logistic function.

2. Establishing objectives, policies, standards and production schedules in the Production department to ensure volume, quality, and cost effectiveness.

3.May be responsible for one or few product lines.

5. Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation and that Company policies and goals are followed accordingly.

6. Monitor staff attendance records

7. Oversee annual stock take .

8. Orientating new staff on OJT.

9. Provide training to the staffs Implementing Certification in areas such as Explosion Proof, ISO, OHSAS etc

10.Ensure testing of tools and equipment are calibrated to achieve quality in production.

17. Conduct daily Toolbox meeting to communicate and update work activates with staff.

Description:

• To take in-charge of the job work
• Work work inspection - to go onsite/onboard vessel for job inspection and prepare a detailed report about the work
• To preparing quotation - to make quotation for the work which we going to perform
• Work confirmation - to discussion of the work scope & pricing of the quotation to get the work awarded
• Work execution - to prepare the equipment / tools and manpower to carry out the job
• Work completion - to prepare for the work completion inspection and report submission.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Production Supervisor

The Admin/Purchasing Executive supports administrative functions and manages procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain filing systems.
   Prepare reports and coordinate office supplies.
   
2. Purchasing Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate suppliers; negotiate contracts.
   Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
   
3. Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments on needs.
   
4. Budget Management:Assist in managing the procurement budget and track expenses.
   
5. Communication:Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
