Working knowledge of GDS & GSA airlines system
Perform reservation, ad-hoc/group bookings and ticketing
Attend to clients' travel enquiries and requests via phone
Understand clients' travel requirements & propose suitable itineraries
Provide visa requirements and assist in visa applications
Process all travel documents accurately (quotations, ticket issuance, billings)
Regular sales calls to existing clients
Build and sustain excellent working relationships with clients
After-sales tasks inclu schedule change, rebook, reroute, re-issue & refund
Flight inventory monitor and control including advance booking checks, ticketing deadline checks & dummy booking screening
Respond to travel agents, travelers and FFP members' enquiries on respective GSA products, rules & policies
Ensure smooth SOPs and operational guidelines set by GSA airlines
Maintain and update clients' profiles
Any other related ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
