Job Description:

1. Provide support to manager on day-to-day work and operations

- Prepare, handle and maintain all sensitive and confidential information including meeting agenda, detailed minutes of meetings, documentation. (for statutory and non-statutory requirements), contracts and reports (financial and non-financial)

- Assist in reviewing and preparation of purchase order, quotations, invoicing and processing of payments weekly.

- Plan, organize, prepare for meetings and discussions – internal and external, online and offline.

- Ensure timely follow up on outstanding matters and with relevant parties for efficiency.

- Be point of contact for internal and external communications, coordination and correspondences with relevant parties.

2. Provide support in business processes

- Coordination, monitoring and communication of ongoing and new projects and tasks with relevant department, or external parties such as customers and suppliers.

- Administrative support on data entry and data-imaging for sorting, filings and/or retrieving of corporate records, business documents and/or reports.

3. Ad-hoc assignments – as and when assigned

Requirements:

1. Able to work independently and self-driven.

2. Professional proficiency level in verbal and written communication skills.

3. Good understanding on Teams / Zooms functions.

4. Good understanding on the entire MS Office.

Account Executive (4 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:

● Update and record accounting transactions including invoices generation on ERP

● Generate monthly statement of accounts of customers

● Perform reconciliation of customers’ and Supplier ‘outstanding payments

● Work with Customer Service team to resolve billing disputes, discrepancies, and queries

● Prepare, examine and analysis account records, financial statements, and other financial reports to provide strategy for growth.

● Prepare and handle full sets of account (Accounting, Financial Statements, Tax, Consolidation, Reconciliation, Financial Planning, Credit Control, Invoicing, Data Entry, Accruals and Audit)

● Prepare monthly AR/AP aging analysis, collection forecast and relevant provisions

● Maintain inventory record

● Submit quarterly GST and ensure timely completion of the annual audit and tax return

● Handling Petty cash claim, daily Cash flow and liaise with bankers for Bank Transactions, annual reviewing, Forex buying and other banking issues.

● Liaising with external auditors for yearly audit, tax agents, regulatory authorities, corporate secretaries, and handling for government survey.

● Perform other duties and assist with other financial function as required

Requirements:

● Possess Degree in Accounting

● Have relevant experience in financial Statements

● Strong written and oral communication skills

Your jobscope surrounds but not limited to:

• Handle partial/full set accounts
• Periodic reconciliation and updating of bank statement
• Preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules
• Processing of export and import documentation and payment after validation of various requirements as per work process in place

Job Responsibilities:

• Involve on the daily operation and accounting matters.
• Involve in General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable.
• Involve in GST filling and Form 5 submission.
• Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements for reporting.
• Assists in the preparation of annual budget
• Liaise with tax agent, internal and external auditor.
• Performs other Accounts ad-hoc assignments as assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in accounting.
• At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in accounting or auditing.
• Possess initiative, willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English with operation staff.

• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
• Partner with business leaders to conduct talent gap analysis to address skill-knowledge gaps
• Manage and track key talent management metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) for process improvement.
• Stay up to date on the latest HR trends and best practices in talent management and development.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Plan the annual training program by identifying training needs by leading and performing Training Needs Analysis including training administration.
• Responsible for employee relations matters
• Lead and support Ad-hoc HR Projects.
