General Overview

• To assist and support the Manager at the Ops department on the day-to-day workshop & depots operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Ops Department such as filing, recording of job requisition (JR), incoming & outgoing vehicles records, bi-weekly insurance claims report, etc.

As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing sales and managing relationships with key modern trade customers inclusive of both online & offline business of the customer(s). Your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong, productive partnerships that drive sales and with optimum trade promotions for our Principals' brands. Key Responsibilities:

1. Account & Relationship Management:

• Co-develop joint business plans (JBP) along with promotional calendars in collaboration with customers, Principal’s and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment and availability of products.

4. Promotion & Trade Spend Optimization:

• Plan and execute promotional activities (discounts, product placements, etc.) to drive sales and maximize ROI.
• Analyze trade spend effectiveness and ensure promotion spending do not exceed aligned budget with the Principal.
• Negotiate promotions & display agreements to optimize product visibility and sales impact.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

6. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Requirements:

· Providing secretarial, administrative, and personal supports to MD.

· Conduct weekly diary meeting with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other requests. (e.g. meeting appointments, travel schedule, and travel arrangements)
