· Coordinates workflow, processes, and machineries.

· Research or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.

· Monitor team and work procedures to meet production schedules, as well as general administrative works.

· Provide direction for projects tasks and hold all team members accountable for safety, quality and production

· Conduct daily briefing with crew to review production goals and performance feedback

· 5.5 days of work week

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience as a production engineer in construction and Steel of Structural, White Aluminum, or having related safety certificate and etc.

· In-depth knowledge of extrusion procedures, equipment and WSH guidelines.

· Able to read and understand the AutoCAD and 3D drawings.

· Observant and alias the project, dateline, and follow instructions by the production Supervisors and follow closely and with the administration work.

-Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

-Verify and endorse all incoming products & raw materials

-Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.

-Produce high quality plated both design and taste-wise

-Assist in preparation, washing, peeling, chopping, cutting all food ingredients.

-Cleaning the food preparation equipment and other kitchen tools, housekeeping.

-Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.

-Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards

-Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation

-Monitor portion control to meet requests and minimize waste

-Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers

-Ready to work any shift.
-Willing to work on weekends and public holiday

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
