Summary

The Personnel Executive is responsible for managing various human resource functions and ensuring the effective implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.

- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads.

- Handle onboarding processes, including preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and induction schedules.

- Maintain and update job descriptions for all positions.

2. Employee Relations

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.

- Promote workplace harmony by addressing employee concerns and escalating critical issues to HR management.

3. HR Administration

- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

- Prepare monthly reports on employee attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.

- Assist in processing employee benefits, including health insurance, claims, and other entitlements.

- Ensure proper documentation of all personnel files, policies, and HR processes.

4. Performance Management

- Support the performance appraisal process, including documentation and tracking of employee goals and feedback.

- Assist in implementing training and development plans for employees.

- Monitor probation and contract renewal processes, ensuring timely follow-ups.

5. Compliance and Policies

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.

- Assist in the preparation and communication of HR policies and guidelines.

- Conduct periodic audits of HR documents and processes to ensure compliance.

6. Administrative Support

- Coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.

- Handle correspondence related to HR functions, including notices, announcements, and memos.

- Prepare reports and presentations for the HR department as needed.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of experience in an HR or personnel-related role.

- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to build sales and grow the company by promoting and selling our educational products and programs. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building, and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop sales strategies to promote the centre's enrichment programs and services to increase revenue and customer base. This may involve collaborating with other team members to create marketing materials, attending trade shows or conferences, and conducting outreach efforts to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the centre's services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Set, analyse and achieve sales targets to guide sales performance in the organisation, evaluate and monitor productivity against business objectives, as well as identify factors that affect sales operations in stores. Develop recommendations for improvement.
• Regularly report on sales performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement. This may involve tracking sales data, maintaining the sales pipeline, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor activity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the centre.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma and above in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a sales executive or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the education industry, particularly coding and STEM education is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations and providing pre- sales and post-sales support and project operations/management.
• Review customer specifications and assist in formulating & communicating the commercial/technical strategy to best address customer needs.

Job Description

• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
• Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

• Resilient and organized, with a strong sense of urgency and work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
