• Create the structure of the holding entity and the operating subsidiaries, ensuring that the holding company is insulated from the liabilities of the subsidiary

• Familiarity with economic, financial models, and governance topics.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exhibiting a sense of urgency, initiative, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
