Job Duties: •
1. Fully responsible for the manufacturing recipe management operations.
2. Responsible for the preparation of South Indian, North Indian, Arab and Malay food items curry powders & pastes and able to prepare semi-finished goods for Tandoor, Prata, Snacks, Sweets and beverages.
3. Particularly prepare curry powders, paste and gravies for Sambar, Rasam, Puligravy, Moorkulamabu, all type of Kootu, Poriyal, Piratal, Masial, Fried items, Pachati and salad items. Kuruma, all Manjurian, Briyani and all type of Fried Rice etc.,
4. In Malay food prepare curry powders, paste for Mee Rebus, Mee Siam, Mee Soto, Lonthong, Nasi Goreng, Mee Goreng, Nasi Goreng Kampong, Nasi Goreng Pathaya, Ayam Mask Merah and few more items
5. Fully responsible for taste, quality and hygiene of the food.
6. Fully responsible for Quality Control of production operations. Taste and certify each and every food item produced before they dispatch for sale.
7. Must ensure workers follow the correct recipe methods of our company.
8. Inspect raw materials and certify they are in the prescribed quality. Check the freshness of vegetables before production.
9. Fully responsible for the Hygiene system maintained at the manufacturing unit.
10. Introduce new curry power, paste and gravies.
11. Manage bulk production operations.
12. Weekly 6 days needs to work from Shop opening to Shop closing(8 am to 6 pm with 2 hours break, Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays work compulsory)
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary Education or equivalent
- Minimum 20 years culinary experience. Prefer at least 5 years experience in middle-east countries (UAE/ Bahrain / Saudi Arabia)
