Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales and presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms, driving sales, and optimizing the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management:

- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
2. Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Product Management:
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
4. Customer Experience:
- Enhance the overall customer journey, from browsing to purchase and post-purchase support.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to improve service quality.
5. Analytics and Reporting:

Requirements:

- Experience in Furniture sector is preferred
