Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a team of assistant managers, engineers, technical officers, supervisors and technicians in facilities management for ministry building or hospital.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
• At least 8 years of related working experience
• Proven experience in facility management in a large facility, such as with , pharmaceutical, powerplant, semiconductor industry.
• Experience from healthcare facility such as hospital is preferable.
• Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
• Possess strong leadership, quality, good planning and organizing ability
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviors

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager who will be mainly responsible for Asset and Liability Management, Risk Management related to Treasury, and Capital Management for FS Group. The candidate will have a high level of engagement with various stakeholders within the group, including business, technology, risk and credit, and Finance teams including planning & analysis (FP&A) and controlling. The individual should have a high attention to detail, high levels of numeracy and accuracy in preparing reports, collating data from various sources, preparing commercial value add analysis and demonstrate strong teamwork and fit with our cultural values.

What you will do:

• Lead the Customer Servicing, Sales and Partnerships team to achieve aggressive growth performance.

Job Responsibilities

• In charge of overseas legal entities finance control and regulation, manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and finance filings;
• Conduct regular evaluations and ensure all legal entities in the region are effectively managed from local statutory compliance perspective, work closely with the local team to identify and mitigate risks
