As a highly knowledgeable subject matter expert you’ll work with key stakeholders across the Asia Pacific (APAC) senior leadership team and APAC Chief Human Resource Officer to support, develop and execute the APAC Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, messaging, and programs in alignment with People Strategy and the Global DEI Strategy.

Reporting directly to the Global DEI head and as an active member of the Global DEI community, you will contribute the APAC perspective to the global strategy design and implementation. You will be a thought leader for DEI staying informed of best practices, benchmarks, research and competitor activity. Responsibilities:

• Review and approve GMP documentation (e.g. GMP forms, protocols, reports, cleaning records, batch records, work instructions) to ensure their compliance with PQS.
• Disposition intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).
• Support control and issuance of GMP controlled documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team to prepare Annual Product Record Reviews, discuss trends and atypical observations and recommend improvement actions.
