Job Description

•Lead and manage the planning, execution and completion of diaphragm wall construction projects.

•Oversee the design, development and approval of construction plans and technical specifications.

•Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

•Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and legal regulations on-site.

•Monitor project progress, manage risks and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines.

•Manage project budget, including cost control, procurement and resource allocation.

Job Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

•Strong Knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment

•Proficient in project management software

Job Description & Requirements

• Undertake all stages of Projects, from start to end.
• Calculate quantity of material for the whole project.
• Timely coordination and follow up with the Plumber/ Main-contractor or Consultant.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings, Beam Penetration Drawing.
• Submission of the relevant documents (Risk Assessment and Safety Work Procedure, method statement, material catalogue) as required by the Site Main Contractor.

· Lead technology deep dives in low-carbon/green technology areas and develop strategic plans/roadmaps for the group to pursue in these areas.

· Work closely with New Ventures (or the relevant BAs) to support the development of new businesses in the growth area identified.

· Establish an R&D ecosystem made up of local and global start-ups, technology vendors, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), Research Institutes (RIs) and relevant governmental agencies to support the development and demonstration of innovative low-carbon/green solutions (products and services) that will meet business objectives.
