4) Client Management & Coordination

· Involved in the technical discussions with vendor and analyzing the technical proposals for the proceedings.

· Pre-qualify the compete/ qualified vendors in the System for further proceedings in advance.

11) Resource Planning & Innovative improvements

The position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives aligned with the regional strategy.

1. Plan the Project schedule and ensure that the work schedules are executed as planned.

2. Review and check the T4e/Project reports and ensure the information is accurate for the purposes of quotation submission or invoicing for completed works or following up action if required rectification works.

We seek an experienced and motivated construction project manager to join our dynamic team. As a construction project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing construction projects for our firm.

Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project budgets, creating detailed schedules and overseeing resource allocation to ensure optimal execution. Project Manager

Job Role Description:

The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and reviewing operational policies, standards and procedures related to project logistics, including but not limited to integrating and installing automations, rigging and lifting technology. He/She is also responsible for managing relationships with logistics operations managers and managing project logistics resources, including manpower, internal assets and external vendors.

Resourceful and analytical, he/she is required to manage resources and obtain buy-in among internal and external stakeholders. He/She is also expected to lead a department and make business decisions independently.

The Project Manager is involved in the building, installation and execution of solar projects and ensure that all installations are as per the design and specifications layout.
