Description:

• You oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects. This involves working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that M&E systems meet design specifications, budgetary constraints, and deadlines.

• Leading a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, you provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure that project objectives are achieved. Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are vital for fostering a productive working environment and resolving conflicts or issues that may arise during construction.
• Staying abreast of technological advancements in M&E systems and construction methods is crucial for optimizing project efficiency and performance. You evaluate new technologies, tools, and software solutions that can enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve the overall quality of M&E installations.

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
