-Knowledgable in new world wines

-WSET certification is a plus but not a must

-Able to manage restaurant operation including recruitment, training and customer management

-Able to work with marketing agencies to develope and execute marketing strategies

-Experience in social media marketing is required

-Able to work with management to come up with strategies to meet company's objectives

-Able to work on weekends and on shifts

-Able to work on public holidays

-Proficient in mircrosoft office

-Proficient in POS system

-Experience in contract negotiations with beverage suppliers

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Area Manager in terms of control and guidance in accordance to company’s policies and guidelines.
• Set targets for self and team in achieving sales target and ensures that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist company in achieving business targets in terms of revenue growth and market share.
• Daily kiosk operations and daily shift management.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the Kiosk.
