3 Safety

The Driver must drive and operate the vehicles in a safe manner in accordance to local laws.

If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.

The Driver must inform the Project Director immediately he is involved in an accident while driving or operating the vehicle. This includes causing damage to third party property.

The Driver should understand that if the accident is caused by the Driver’s negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

The Driver should also understand if he incurs any traffic offences due to his own negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

4 Servicing and Maintenance

The Driver is to inform the Company if any of the vehicles are unsafe to operate and require repairs. The Driver must not operate the vehicles in such situation.

The Driver will drive the vehicle to the Company appointed workshop for servicing and maintenance. The Driver will also pick up the vehicle when servicing and maintenance is completed.

The Driver will drive the vehicles to Inspection Centres as required.

About the Role:

The Software Project Manager will be responsible for working closely with business users to understand their processes, identify pain points, and provide insights to build and enhance a new system.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Engage with business users to comprehensively understand their processes, workflows, and provide insights to build and enhance a new system.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and system specifications.

· Identify and analyze existing vs new system technical gaps, pain points and inefficiencies in existing processes that the new system should address.

· Work closely with software developers to ensure they understand business requirements and technical specification.

· Provide continuous feedback and clarification to developers during the software development lifecycle.

· Participate in design and development discussions to ensure the software meets business needs.

· Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for software development.

· Ensure that developed software aligns with the documented requirements and business goals.

· Identify potential risks and issues during the development process and work with the team to mitigate them.

· Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software meets client requirements.

· Collaborate with business users to develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for thorough validation of software functionality.

· Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to verify seamless integration with existing systems.

· Document and track defects, issues, and enhancements, and work with the development team to resolve them.

· Ensure that testing activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner to meet project deadlines.

· Any other ancillary tasks or works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management with certification in SCRUM.

· Must be well-versed in EBMS System (Momentus Enterprise).

· Must be familiar with hospitality solutions and industry practices.

· Able to communicate messages clearly and concisely.

· Ability to maintain high-quality performance and constantly deliver results in a timely manner.
