Job Description

‘- Assist Finance Manager to prepare full set of accounts

‘- Data entry for Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Inventories and Journal Vouchers in GL.

‘- To prepare GST returns on quarterly basis

‘- To prepare financial statement and accounts schedule for audit and tax schedule for tax returns.

‘- To maintain property, plant and equipment listing and conduct PPE count.

‘- To maintain inventory listing, to coordinate and to conduct inventory count.

‘- To monitor and follow up collection from customers and update collection status in the Accounts Receivable Aging Reports on monthly basis

‘- To update related parties and interested person transactions schedule

‘- To liaise with auditor and tax agent

‘- To update bank facilities file and prepare bank related documentation

‘- To prepare bank reconciliation

‘- To prepare documents for claim of government grants.

‘- Assist to liaise with Accounting System’s vendor on accounting system related matters.

THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure platform projects and assist with the deployment process.
• To administer and configure infrastructure system and application (Active Directory Services, telephony, server storage, backup etc), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc), desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and POS. NAS), Compute Platform (Server system hardware) and Infrastructure services systems (MFT, Enterprise batch job management, Monitoring tools, patch management tools, inventory)
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the IT infrastructure.
• To ensure systems are backup automatically, disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems resources usage closely.
• Regularly maintain up-to-date documentations for infrastructure activities & user guides.
• Render technical support when required after office hours and weekend support if required during in-house events.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance in infrastructure operations and maintenance activities.
• To manage in-house POS system and related hardware
• Should be well versed in Firewall and Network concepts with Cybersecurity background is a must.
• Good knowledge on SSL off-loading concepts.
• Commitment to complete tasks on time and team work.
• Articulate in excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT / Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT System Infrastructure implementation / maintenance
• Product knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, VMware & Fortinet
• Good technical skills in configuration and troubleshooting PC, network issues including back bone infrastructure issues, server hardware knowledge and Cybersecurity skills.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environment and experience in configuring servers, switches, Microsoft 365 technical support and Telephony systems support.
• Pen test certified will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform the overtime computation, payroll processing activities for company and associates

- Submit maternity, paternity, childcare leave and NS claims, Levy waiver

- Administer employees leave, attendance, welfare and benefits

- Facilitate the employee’s offboarding process

- Manage and administer medical and insurance programs

- Furnish statistics and survey related to HR matters to relevant authority and for Management review

- Maintain company organization chart current so as to provide employees up-to-date of new incumbent & changes of department’s structure

- Facilitate bi-annually performance appraisal exercise to evaluate employees’ performance

- Keep track of the timeline for course application and government related grant application to ensure successful claim reimbursement

• Handle Intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections with sales team
• Monthly bank reconciliation and cashflow management which to ensure that all receipts & disbursements are recorded
• Preparation of GST return and submission; Handle corporate tax computation
• Maintains Fixed assets ledger and other schedules
• Sales/Customer Service, take orders from customers, issue sales invoice and send to warehouse for packing
• Updates actual inventory count & performs inventory reconciliation vs. system inventory balance.
• Liaise with auditor for audit matters & schedule
• Assist in preparation of year end finance statement

Job Requirements:
