Responsibilities

• Manage level 1 technical support for employees and departments.
• Coordinate with vendors for level 2 and 3 support resolution.
• Develop and implement user training programs for IT systems.

• Create clear system documentation for training and compliance.
• Oversee IT systems (hardware, software, networks) maintenance and improvement.
• Ensure IT service availability through backup, disaster recovery, and contingency plans.

Requirements

• Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Navision, Microsoft Excel, Jet Report.
• Strong ability to converse in Mandarin and in written Chinese is a requirement.

• Online comms specialist
• Plan, create and publish persuasive digital communication content for SNEF websites and social media accounts that strikes a chord with the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions of each online platform to grow an audience, build brand awareness
• Oversee site metrics for SNEF’s online platforms, interact with online visitors, and be responsible for creative design for SNEF’s online platforms
• Set up and optimise SNEF’s online and social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of SNEF’s social media content
