RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be involved in the organisation and operations of major strategic events undertaken by the unit, including front line responsibilities like hospitality during events, ushering of VIPs/guests.

• Respond to emails from participants on post-enrolment enquiries, including payments, new intakes, LMS access, certificates, and course details.
• Handle the transfer or withdrawal of participants in the system and keep all relevant stakeholders updated.
• Use RapidSMS to inform participants of any last-minute course updates swiftly.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our course administration processes.
• Assist with the running of Academy courses, with flexible compensation for any after-hours work, typically 2 to 4 times a year.
