Position Objective:

The Executive - Bid and Tender is an organized, social, and diligent staff with the ability to hunt for suitable opportunities via Procurement Portals such as Ariba, GeBiz, Sesami, TenderBoard, etc. He / She can evaluate information quickly and direct them to relevant stakeholders, etc. He / she is self-motivated and a good communicator who will be the main point of contact for PERSOLKELLY Singapore and shall provide support services that will enhance PERSOLKELLY’s sales (business) and proposals to both internal and external clients locally and regionally if required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end bidding pursuit process, i.e. co-ordinate, plan and gather bid submission documents for tendering activities, tender questionnaires, etc.
• Examine incoming tenders and note down tender details.
• Send potential tender to internal business units, highlighting key information, a summary of tender specs, a tender closing date and time, etc.
• Follow up with stakeholders on their tender participation by the indicated participation deadline.
• Gather tender information and references from various sources for the proposal.
• Perform effective engagement with stakeholders, clients, internal business units, etc.
• Ensure bid proposals adhere to finance and legal guidelines, etc.
• Ensure that tender submissions meet the client's tender requirements.
• Facilitate all bid-related meetings and presentation rehearsals.
• Provide the necessary support for internal business units to perform bid presentations to clients.
• Respond to client queries and contract matters.
• Update the database and track participation and non-participation of opportunities.
• Monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to.
• Tracking of existing contract expiry and informing the respective business unit to make the necessary preparation for contract renewals, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

What You’ll Do

The objective of the Customer Success Executive (CSE) is to improve customer retention and expansion by facilitating activities and guiding them to the solutions value while also driving increased SaaS revenue. The CSE works at a strategic level across all product pillars in the cloud, leading teams in the delivery and continuous improvement of large scale ground-breaking cloud projects. In this role you will act as an enabler and trusted advisor to the customer to ensure they remain successful and engaged with their entire Cloud solution, so they understand the full value of their investment with Oracle. For this role you will need to be definitive in your goals but flexible in your approach. As part of the role you will continuously improve on your network and internal relationships, working closely with sales, implementation success managers and customer success managers to enable further adoption of Oracle products within your customers. As a Customer Success Executive, you will:

• Develop and maintain a continuous close relationship with the relevant Account Team throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Regularly provide visibility of account at an executive level both internally and externally, defining progress against customers’ business objectives; any metrics that define success to the customer (return on investment); and identifying risks and appropriate mitigations.
• Deliver regular business reviews and success plans to senior executives and key business collaborators.
• Coordinate cross pillar activities across the account to ensure significant achievements for your customer such as upgrades, new releases and new features are managed effectively and with no adverse impact on co-existing pillars and identifying lessons learnt for future achievements within or across pillar.
• Engage and understand the customers cloud strategy within and cross pillar in order to guide the customer by providing resources that can assist their strategic business direction across pillar.
• Support other CSMs in their role acting as a ‘coach’ in working effectively with the customers support service to ensure it is being effective for enhancement requests and blocking issues.
