“NUS Global” or NUS Global Relations Office (GRO) is the international engagement arm of the National University of Singapore (NUS), serving a dual mandate. Broadly, GRO curates and manages mobility programmes that provide NUS students learning experiences abroad to support their educational, professional and personal development. GRO is also responsible for building collaborative relationships with overseas counterparts through alliances, networks and other channels to create value for our stakeholders. GRO is now seeking to hire a Manager for the Global Programmes Team to drive NUS’ global mobility programmes. Duties and Responsibilities

• Programme Management: oversee international exchange and short-term programmes, ensuring seamless coordination of student and faculty mobility; manage international agreements, including memorandums of understanding/agreements (MOUs/MOAs), student exchange agreements (SEPA) and partnership contracts
• Administer Financial Aid Schemes: work with both internal and external stakeholders to disburse timely funding to students
• Enquiries & Visit/Collaboration Management: respond promptly to enquiries, requests for visits and collaboration; manage and coordinate visits to NUS, including preparation of interaction reports, logistical set up and follow-up after meetings

Qualifications

• Taking charge of any local delivery arrangement & custom clearance for both import and export if necessary.

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:

a. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

b. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

2. Content Creation:

a. Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.

b. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.

3. Community Engagement:

a. Build and manage a strong social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

b. Foster meaningful relationships with followers and customers.

4. Campaign Management:

a. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

b. Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

a. Track and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

b. Use insights to refine strategies and achieve better results.

6. Competitor Analysis:

a. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the social media landscape.

b. Adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

· Diploma in in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.

· Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

· Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

· Graphic design and video editing skills.

· Certifications in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) are a plus.

工作职责：

1. 独立完成学院日常行政工作，提供各类行政/后勤支持，例如文件管理、设备管理、采购管理、库存管理、会议安排、场地预定、活动组织等；
2. 协助处理教学项目相关行政工作，例如考勤、教室安排、教学设备管理、教师后勤支持、各类活动支持等；
3. 完成岗位相关的其他日常工作。

• Oversee the vessel schedule

• Apply permits for the vessel port entry, crew change, etc.
• Assess the suitability of vessels for specific ports, taking into account their characteristics, port capabilities, and our commercial requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandrian
• Diploma, preferably in shipping, logistics, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Shipping Agency
• Familar with MPA, ICA, PSA website applications
• Self-motivated, strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, problem solving skills
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing priorities and emergencies.
• Solid knowledge of the maritime industry or other supply chain domains.

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the Office and IT Administrative Team, with the following responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team on operational work and projects
• Support planning and logistics when hosting local/overseas guests
• Support Investor Relations and Communications department for printing of presentation packs and hosting of company events
• Assist in business travel arrangements such as flight, accommodation, visa application, and negotiate corporate rates agreements.
• In charge of overseeing office equipment such as tracking of office equipment, conduct research and quotations comparison for office purchases, maintenance and repair, etc.
• Facilitate as IT administrator and liaise with IT Helpdesk
• Perform Receptionist duties as an alternate to Main Receptionist.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience of relevant working experience
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
• Maintain a mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues
• Organized, meticulous and possess a strong sense of urgency
• Responsible, pleasant and approachable
• Ability to work under pressure
