JOB REQUIREMENTS
Lux & Beyond is looking for a well-rounded, self-motivated individual to join our sales team. As a sales team member, your will play an important role as the key point of contact with our customers. Your ultimate goal will be to convert as many customers as possible through effective communication, understanding our customer's needs and customising the right products for them.

- No minimum experience is required. Keen interest in the luxury interior furnishing industry is a must.
- Our ideal candidate is well-groomed, with strong communication skills and good work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs.
- Please provide two direct reporting references from your previous work / study experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professional service to walk-in customers and assisting customers with product information, selection and purchase.
- Take charge of merchandising and styling of the showroom to create impactful displays.
- Assist in handling online and call-in enquiries.
- Assist in the management of social media marketing.
- Maintain general cleanliness and luxury ambience in the showroom.

Position: Full Time
Salary: SGD2,000 to SGD3,000 per month
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, performance bonus
Working Hours: 11am to 7pm

Collection

• Monitoring of incoming funds in bank accounts
• Follow up on unidentified funds

Payment Processing

• Payment of policy benefits
• Payment to staff and vendors
• Ensure payments are per Company’s MPP & Guidelines
• Create COA in SUN
• Prepare bank details for updating to USN

Month End

• Prepare month end journal entries for closing of account
• Bank Reconciliations
• Audit Schedules

Others

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

• Attached to Financial Compliance Department
• Clear backlog in the Transaction Monitoring Team
• Review and investigate all transaction alerts generated by Transaction monitoring system
• Timely review of ad-hoc escalated review from other functional units within the AML team.
• Communicate with relevant business line and other functional units to provide AML and transaction monitoring advisory, expertise and all transaction monitoring matters
• Due Diligence and background check on suspicious cases/alerts
• Contribute and maintain KRI (Key Risk Indicators) for Transaction monitoring Team
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Description:

Administrative Support

• Clerical and Secretarial Tasks: Provide general support to the department, including maintaining and updating information in the Employee Master Database and the staff directory.
• Record Keeping: Maintain records of staff signatures and ensure timely updates of contact details and profiles.
• Resource Management: Address needs (name tags, access cards, equipment) and manage stationary and equipment inventory.

Case Notes and Medical Reports

• Management of Case Notes: Trace and record movements of case notes, ensuring timely return and submission of reports.

General

• Ensure general housekeeping of the department eg. systematic filing of documents, keeping the cabinets and work area tidy, etc
• Assist in the logistics of events organized by the Department

Requirement:

• Min "O"- Level
• Start work within short notice
